EZH2−/− hESCs aberrantly express meso/endoderm genes during neural induction. a qRT-PCR analysis of the expression of the pluripotent genes OCT4/NANOG, the NPC genes SOX2/SOX1/PAX6/FOXG1, and meso-endoderm genes CDH1/ZIC1/PAX3/ERBB3/TFAP2A/ FOXD3/BMP4/KDR/CXCL12/FOXH1/KRT8/KRT18/KRT19/VEGFA/CLDN6 at day 0, day 8 and day 16 during neural differentiation. Wild-type H1 hESCs served as controls. The data represent the mean ± SD (standard deviation) from three independent replicates (n = 3).
